In Volume 2, Miss Lawton, the Grand Dame of the Woody Back to School Unit, becomes increasingly determined to control the escalation of mischief and mayhem as the inmates clamor to embrace Cathryn Cassidy's infamous Manifesto of Mega-minxdom. Miss Lawton implements an austere regime, code-named Operation Scorched Arse, and announces a zero-tolerance policy. She instructs the Brass and the Elite to treat the inmates with extreme prejudice. Jojo Heyworth and her chums are targeted by the cruel and ruthless Patty Hodge and her sycophantic cronies from the Radical Right. Aided and abetted by the Secret Sorority of Serial Spankers Patty and her cohorts from her evil empire conspire to make life miserable for the inmates. Jojo and her chums refuse to be daunted and in no time anarchy prevails. The sounds of canes, straps and slippers rebounding off tautened navy blue gossamer bumbags constantly echo along the corridors of the facility.
