The Cargo Aircraft Company, CAC, is in deep financial trouble. They need a big sale of their CC-260 aircraft to stay in business. Their first-string salesman, Larry Ray Hardy, scouts for customers in the Mid-East. Larry Ray and his team run Special Plays to sell the aircraft. They bribe Egyptian officials and influence the US Government to pay for the aircraft. The CAC Egyptian "Helper" makes multi-million-dollar kickbacks to CAC executives. Just when Larry Ray thinks the game is over a Federal Attorney throws a flag! Now the CAC Executives run a series of defensive 'Special Plays'! This sale takes place during the NFL football season. The 'Special Plays' of Larry Ray Hardy to win the sale are compared with the 'Special Plays' of Joe Montana to win the Super Bowl.
