If She Could Speak
Elle Varda
As a young Haitian immigrant, Elle writes for the young women whose stories are never spoken. Through her poems relating to female sexuality, relationships, and self-exploration, she hopes to arm those women with the words that define the ways they're loved, hurt, and rebelled. Although she considers herself a writer first, Elle fell in love with theatre in high school and decided to combine her two passions. She now performs her pieces online and plans to hold live shows in the future for her readers.
