The only way the seed grows into a flower, or a vegetable or fruit, is to water it daily and to care for it. We are the same, we are growing and learning everyday, if we don't feed ourselves with daily positive thoughts, we won't grow and be the best we can be. It takes practice, in the same way you learned to ride a bike, learned to walk, or play a sport, it's the small, daily positive steps over and over again that build your daily habit of positive strength. Positive words give life and the positive seeds you plant within yourself will begin to shape the way you see yourself and the world, in a good way.
