Singing for No Reason --I was watching an episode of House (TV show), a marathon one day just out of the blue. And one of the doctors comments that House sings for no reason. Could it be indicative of his condition? And then another doc says, I want to sing for no reason! It occurred to me then, I, myself frequently break out into a riff of a song from distant memory banks. It's spontaneous and there's never any warning or indication of what song It may be . . . just a healthy joyous moment! Maybe it's the yoga and meditation and Qi Gong or maybe even the Nanovi or PEMF. After all, it's a combination of things! I don't think anything is caused by just one stimulus and but by a combination of stimuli. After all, that's how our mitochondria receive, process and conduct the energy that fuels our bodies. If it was just one source or stimulus we wouldn't need to consume all of these different nutrients. They all have a job and a purpose in keeping our body's engine running with optimal efficiency. And we wouldn't need the variety of exercises to keep our complex bodies well tuned. And now we have amazing tools to augment the process of reaching a new level of Super Health!
