Isho Upnishad and relative comparison to contemporary theories of Science in light of Isho Upanishad Dr Sheesham Bansal

This book explains about the 18 mantras of Ishoupnishad in connection to modern contemporaneity theories of science. Science and spirituality are not two dual aspects. They are two sides of same coin. When we talk about Upanishads a feeling comes that they are very difficult to fathom and apply in our life. But what if, it is the knowledge which is present with you all the time but we don't acknowledge it. Science unfolds the mystery of what is around . But till science did not discovered the reason behind it, it was mystical. What gets demystified becomes science and what is mystic is still spiritual. Because Upanishads are still mystic, we perceive them to be beyond our understanding. This book decodes them with simplicity by connecting them to science. Spirituality is knowledge of spirit. This spirit is energy. Energy is pervasive everywhere and everything in universe runs from energy.thus, both science and spirituality talk of this same energy. Upanishads is not a book of intellectuals well as it a book which belongs to all of us. Its talk about same energy as GOD, which science refers as bio electric flow. If we start observing Upanishads in our daily life, the complications of life can be simplified and life will become effortless. This book is an effortless effort to bring this knowledge to every household.
