The Dream Escape: a Voice of Awareness

Learning to understand the language used by the Voice Of Awareness can be a life long process. It is my contention that all humans know when the Voice Of Awareness is speaking; the goal is to learn to listen. I believe that when the Voice Of Awareness speaks to us through the use of guilt it causes emotional instability, physical illness, sleeplessness, and mental disorders. Dreams, I believe, allows the brain to relieve itself of excess conscious worries, and fears so the person, with the understanding of self, can find solutions. This may not be a new way of viewing the Dream/Brain relationship, but it?s a way.
