Sonoma Ghosts - in Black and White: True Stories of Sonoma's Ghosts and Legends Carla Heine

Every town has its history, and every town has its secrets. Carla Heine learned Sonoma's secrets, and it's haunted history before that information passed from living memory, and died away with the last of Sonoma's Victorian generation. The Sonoma Ghosts series contains first-hand accounts of Sonoma's secret past, and information gathered from the Victorians who ran the isolated town of Sonoma with fists of iron in kid-skin gloves from the 1870's until the 1970's. For over a decade, from behind heavy silver tea sets, in the salons of Sonoma's most powerful citizens, Carla Heine listened to their stories every Sunday afternoon at four o'clock high tea. It is said that houses are not haunted, but that people are haunted. As you read this collection of Sonoma's haunted past, it will be up to you to decide if that is true, or not. You will discover, as Carla Heine discovered, that not only a house, or a person can be haunted, but an entire town can be haunted.
