When twelve-year-old Charlie discovers that he can duplicate himself at will, all of his problems go away. Homework, detention, and babysitting his sister are all taken care of by one of his "Chucks," and Charlie sets out to do all of the things he has always wanted to do. Life is amazing. But when a Chuck disappears, Charlie finds out the hard way that what happens to one happens to all. He and his friends must rescue the missing Chuck to keep him out of the hands of a nemesis who is willing to do anything to learn the secret of his ability, and anything, Charlie knows, could be deadly.
