The Nitwits Come to Town is a story where some two-liner jokes take life and where Joe Christmas wants you to know about his new neighbors, the Nitwits. According to him, they are crazy. He also wants you to know about his three sisters?sisters, uhhhhh! He definitely wants you to see how he is going to exact revenge on Trudy, Cece, and Aggie for making his life one more chore after another. As Joe recruits a Nitwit to help him fulfill his fail-safe plan, he not only shows how crazy the Nitwits are but reveals how crazy (Joe would say ?normal? crazy) his own family is. You can certainly make a game of it by guessing which family is crazier: which family cooks a meal on a car ?s engine or which family has tongue-sticking contests on frozen poles; who throws doll heads into a dog run and who continually falls asleep in piles of leaves and gets weird rashes.
