Journey to Cape Fear: the Prices of Brunswick County Their Related Families and Their Journey from Old Europe to Cape Fear Michael L. Price

Mike Price's meticulously-researched saga is a fascinatiing look at the earliest settlers of the Cape Fear region of North Carolina and adjacent South Carolina, and the religious persecution which drove most of them from Europe. Family bloodlines are traced from European origins to the present. It is a treasure for those tracing their family histories and it demonstrates how the saying that "Everyone in this area is a cousin to everyone else," is largely true! Included is the story of how families who landed first in the Northeast migrated to the Cape Fear. Family episodes are related along with much about the Revolutionary and Civil War eras.
