Cromwell College is an Ivy League School with advanced Science and Art Departments. In the end only one department will receive special funding for support. Renee and Mark are Art students that hope to receive the funding for their department. When a fabrication time portal is created in the Science wing, Marshall Ducaine, the head of the board decides he wants to test the Butterfly Effect. Ducaine tests this effect by sending someone back in time to kill famous Impressionist Artist Vincent Van Gogh. It is left up to Renee and Mark to stop the killer and place time back on track. Mark and Renee must use their knowledge of Van Gogh as the timeline hangs in the balance along with their relationship. A twist in time will leave Renee to question if it is worth it to keep Art History as it should be.
