January 2, 2009, at just 44 years of age, Laura Jackson was diagnosed with stage 3 adenocarcinoma breast cancer and traveled to a German Clinic outside of Frankfurt for treatment. May 22, 2009 Laura was diagnosed as "Cancer Free". Now, more than five years later, she has remained "Cancer Free" and in great health! Being an RN educator for years, Laura decided to journal all her experiences receiving treatment in a foreign country, in order to help any who may be interested in stepping outside the traditional therapy box, and pursue a healthier approach.
