Zombies.zombies.zombies.: a Nanowrimo Novel T.j Olson

Just your average college student, Rayne spends her time going to classes and reading about the fictional zombie apocalypse while her faithful cat Shigsta keeps her company. When she sees a mysterious figure one night out on the highway and her roommate goes missing, she realizes that all her zombie reading may come in handy. Teaming up with a friend, they attempt to brave the apocalypse, making plans to stick together and escape the sickness that reanimates the dead.
Death and destruction go hand-in-hand with zombies and Rayne's story of survival is no different with its many guns and explosions, as well as crazy, zombie-killing shenanigans. The story was written during the thirty-day chaos of National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) when the finish line of fifty thousand words was barely passed in the final hours. Frantic determination created this story with no plan to speak of, so the characters themselves created their paths and allowed the story to finish with a bang.
