Poetry is Not the Issue: and Other Poems A.f. Bourgeois

Poetry is not the Issue: the direct result of pure frustration. It's frustrating to see "the greats" thrusted into the limelight for what reasons? I am the first to give kudos, but what about us little people? Talent is talent, and the cream will always find a way to rise to the crop, but enough of the clitches. This collection of poetry is simplified, yet brilliant. It's calculated, yet spontaneous. This collection of poetry is a wakeup call to the men of renown. I never had to "find my voice"; my voice has always been speaking, you've never taken the time to listen. Put down your old literature books, coffee cups, and put aside your doubt. Pick up this book; open your ears and open your eyes. I have been hidden away in plain sight for far too long.
