The term Loophole best reflects the techniques and methods Clyde Munsell zealously pursued to defend his many clients for more than 40 years. With fierce and unrelenting determination, he sought and took advantage of the weaknesses in the Government?s cases and identified numerous technicalities in the laws under which his client?s were being prosecuted. By persistently exposing and chipping away at these inevitable flaws, he created loopholes which led to unbelievable results in the thousands of cases he handled. Nearly all were resolved by negotiations and favorable plea bargains without trials. These short stories are examples of some of the more complex cases which ended with jaw-dropping results.
