Publisher Marketing: My Dog's Diary provides space for you to record the daily activities and behaviors of your dog, as well as space to record other daily information, such as health and medical notes. This book is in a journal/diary format, and, in general, space is provided for 200 days, one day per page, in a design that is simple, useful, flexible, and functional. Besides being a repository of useful information, e.g., to discover health and behavior patterns, the designer hopes you will enjoy future reflections on the entries. Categories for each day are "Activities," e.g., play/walk with owner, "Behaviors," e.g., behaviors that are comical or negative, "Health/Medical Notes," e.g., observations relative to health, plus "Comments," where such information about exertion level (0-100), interactions with others (dogs and/or people), further details of activities, as well as feeding schedule and money spent could be recorded. Space is provided on each page in this 6" x 9" book for the date and day of the week, along with three sections to record the information listed above for the morning, afternoon, and night time periods of each day. At the beginning of the book, before the main diary pages, a page is provided to write down personal information about the dog and owner. Pages are provided at the end of the book to record information about visits to a veterinarian. Pages are also included at the back to record upcoming appointments, e.g., for the veterinarian or groomer. Ray L. Winstead, Designer
