Liang?s Theory of Everything is a new theory that explains the origin of the universe and everything within it based on the premise that space is not empty but is composed of a woven tapestry of interconnected units each of which is a highly complex structure. It provides a basis that links matter and energy. It explains that energy is derived from matter but matter cannot be condensed out of energy. Therefore, the Big Bang Theory is incorrect. It provides for the derivation of a new formula for the computation of the wave length of light that is almost identical to the complement of the Rydberg Formula but conceptually is much simpler and much more straightforward. It also shed new light on what the Rydberg Constant really is. It explains how and why matter and energy move and thereby explains why time appears to slow down as speed increases and why the speed of anything cannot exceed the speed of light. It explains why the planetary model of atoms is incorrect and why instead of electrons moving constantly around the nucleus they are actually stationary in fixed positions.
