Margaret Ann's diary is discovered by Kevin, a mover, after her death. With no heirs, all her worldly possessions will be destroyed or auctioned off. Kevin not only discovers her personal journal, he meets her spirit. For a quarter of a century, the crime has remained unsolved, and it is determined that Margaret is trapped and cannot join her family until the mystery is solved and the killer is brought to justice. Kevin and Cathy put together a team and they being their investigation, aided by clues, albeit cryptic one, left by Margaret. Despite many false leads, the team narrows down the suspects. There is a surprise ending and an important message for all to learn.
