But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves, and afterward they will come out with great possessions. Genesis 15:13-14 (NIV) You are an heir to The Promise of "great possessions." All you have to do is believe. God is not a god of coincidences. He always knows what's going on and what will happen. The truth is, everything happens for a reason. When God sent these messages through Moses and Abram to His chosen people, at that time, I'm sure He knew about another time in the future where His other chosen people would need to hear the same message. It is not a coincidence that Africans were enslaved for the exact time frame (400 years) or that even after being delivered from our oppressor we have yet to become completely free, just like in the days of Exodus. How can these messages possibly not be for us? If God knew the future, if He knew exactly what would happen to us, do you think He would leave us out of the inheritance? The Promise is a 52-Week devotional designed to help you get your inheritance--the great possessions God has promised his chosen people. You are chosen and you don't want to miss out!Read in one sitting or weekly. By yourself or with a group. You WILL be blessed. You will come to a greater understanding of your purpose. You will receive the inside scoop on The Promise meant just for you.
