Brady, a furloughed airline pilot learns from his dying grandmother, who raised him from childhood, that his Grandfather, Cal was a notorious bank and train robber in the early 1920's. Cal was fatally wounded by lawmen after his last train robbery of a shipment of $20 gold pieces destined for a new bank. He'd buried the gold and it was never found. Now in the late 1980's Brady learns of a new clue, and searches for the gold with the help of a new-found second cousin, an exotic Indian woman. This alliance develops into a full -blown romance. The discovery and distribution of the gold creates hostility and violence among a wealthy rancher, the cousin, and a former outlaw partner of the grandfather. A younger Cherokee woman also becomes involved, creating complications with the romance of the cousin. Suspense involving romance, the search and discovery of the buried gold, culminates in a convoluted showdown. The Golden Choices Brady must make are between the women and the rightful recipients of the gold.
