He wants to become a pro at soccer player, but he's not that good. So he gets help from his friends and he gets a little better. Then he tries to join a soccer team. He gets accepted after waiting for about two weeks. Later in the book, Juan gets way better, and he thinks about joining the Real Madrid soccer team. His dream is to play with his favorite soccer team which is Real Madrid. Soccer is now his passion. He loves and enjoys soccer very much now. He goes to go sign up for the Real Madrid soccer team. So then he waits to get an envelope from them. He then gets it. He opens it and then..... Read the book to find out what hap- pens next. The Surviving Family The story is about life after nuclear warfare. A family hides out along with several other families inside a bomb shelter. Three years later they come out and the radiation lowered down to a minimum, but In some places the radiation is still very high. The government still wanted control over the people. There were some rebels. But, if you were a rebel you would be shot on sight. One family had a boy who had gotten his arm stuck on the door and they had to cut it off with a pair of scissors because if they opened it then the whole family could have died. More Than a Game The author's full name is Tyrese Shakur Amaru Wilkinson. He was born in Barbados at Queen Elizabeth Hospital on March 25, 2002, at 3:15pm. When Tyrese was six, he came to the United States of America. Tyrese's favorite things to do are draw and play basketball. In his free time, he likes to hang with his friends, dance, and sing a little bit. Tyrese's favorite subject is math.
