This book deals with the result obtained on serum PSA level that was measured by immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) in Two groups of malignant and one group of benign breaast tumors . Results obtained indicated a higher incidence of some PSA in benighn than those in the malignant breast tumors . The method of immunoradiometric assay for characterization PSA and isolated PSA was developed using 125 I-anti total PSA antibody and found to be suitable for the measurment of PSA.
