When it comes to dealing with the disease known as addiction, we often times refer to thinking it's just drugs and alcohol or even medication. We don't realize that we all have had or currently have an addiction that we battle on a daily basis. This book covers some of the biggest addictions that we face daily. I am by no means in the medical field. I wrote this book to raise awareness from past experiences. Life is a precious gift and we have the chance to get away from being at our lowest point known as Rock Bottom and we can do it by Winning the Battle from Within.
