Flowers Colouring Book Colin Bentham

The images for this book were inspired from my walks around the coast of my home town near the English Lake District. With some of the more exotic plants found in local parks or gardens. The idea for the book was to provide therapeutic activities for people who were looking for a simple way to unwind. I worked with an organisation called A Caring Space who provide activities and social events for carers of people with mental health or learning difficulties. The group assessed the images used and had sessions colouring them in giving me feedback of how they felt through the process.
