The Genesis Strain returned, not so unexpected by certain members of the Crisis Team. It was inevitable the day would come. Professor Cadman and Bobby Simpson knew it was inevitable, but deep down, they also knew it was unstoppable. The last time they managed to contain it before it spread to other counties, this time, they didn't have a chance. Ten further counties were breached as the crisis spread, the death toll rose at an alarming rate, and the infected species grew. Those in power agreed there was only one hope of stopping the monster they created, create another to destroy the first. So that's what they did.
