Helena, Arkansas, in 2011 is a hotbed of crime. Close to the Mississippi River and very poor, with little notice from the government, it's the perfect place for drug traffickers to set up their bases.



FBI agent Valencia Manzell has been assigned to take down one of the most dangerous men in the game: Juan Santana, a Columbian cocaine trafficker hoping to set up shop in the States.



As she goes undercover to get the evidence she needs to shut down his operation, Valencia learns that Santana is even more dangerous than she could have begun to suspect. When it becomes clear that she can't even count on the police for backup, she must take matters into her own hands.
