This book contains many African folktales and stories about everyday life that both parents and preachers and Sunday School teachers, use to teach life lessons. We live in a world that is full of new events each day, and yet, there is nothing new under the sun. The stories and events we hear about may have happened in a similar fashion long ago, hence our reference to them. Some are unbelievable. Older people have many stories to tell that they heard from others or based on events that happened during their lifetime. People have used many such stories to reflect on life. Others have used them to advise people in different situations. Most of all, preachers have used many such stories to bring home the understanding of the meaning of life in relation to community. They tell stories about love, justice, doing good to people, and loving God. This book is a narration of some of those stories.
