Finally! Phenomenal Fiction Magazine returns in a whole new bigger, brighter format. We're doing our best to bring back as many of the Phenomenal Magazine Group titles as possible. Our flagship, Phenomenal Stories, returned earlier this year with a memorial issue dedicated to Carole A. Tomlinson, one of our cover artists and wife of founder and editor, Shawn M. Tomlinson. This issue of PFM contains works by H. P. Lovecraft, Clark Ashton Smith, Martin G. Collins, Haldor R. Hallum and others, and features two of the most famous tales by Robert W. Chambers: "The Yellow Sign" and "Repairer of Reputations."
