Actions are plural: behavior, conduct. An action is a thing that is done, and not merely thought or spoken about. All that happens to us is done intentionally. Taking action is the most important step towards success. Execution is the secret ingredient; many people can have the same idea but what sets them apart is how they execute it by taking ACTION. Merriam Webster also defines the word Boss as a person who exercises control or authority. Specifically: one who directs or supervises workers. One who controls votes in a party organization or dictates appointments or legislative measures standing up to the party bosses. boss. When we merge the two words together, Action is a thing that is done and a Boss is the one who exercises control and authority.
