Overwhelmed? Fruitless? Drifting? Do you put in huge effort but get little in return?Do you talk of dreams but fail to achieve them? After university I wanted to do great things. I knew I had to be effective with every minute in order to reach my goals. Instead, I was busy spinning my wheels. Then, everything changed. I moved my family to the Middle East for an "adventure of a lifetime". Instead of the excitement, I faced mundane. In my disappointment with life I discovered I had mistaken "busyness" with "productivity." In the desert I learned secrets rooted in spiritual principles, and supported by modern science, which broke me free from the pit of busyness, and set me the path of effectiveness and growth.
