A Journey to Rediscover My Health and Vitality!I was a sick and sweaty 40 year old on track for 4 "lifestyle diseases". Facing such a poor diagnosis and a decrepit old age, I started looking for ways to get better without medications. Over 20 years I tried a number of things and mostly restored my vitality. But for the last 2 years I have relentlessly dug deep into the science of nutrition. What I have learned has taken my health and vitality to a whole new level. I feel fantastic and people tell me how great I look. Let me share what I have learned about the science of vitality and longevity. There is so much misinformation floating around in the sea of knowledge about the science of human nutrition. Just like the Tobacco Industry used misinformation to muddy the waters back in the 1950s and 1960s, the various food industries are using similar tactics to keep us confused and eating their products. I have worked hard to get down below and to the credible peer reviewed science. And I am trying to present it in a way to get people to consider how important nutrition is to their health. I am living proof as I have made huge improvements and feel fantastic!
