The purpose of this book is to be inspirational and motivational to all those that read it. Life may not always deal you a fair hand but no matter what generational, educational, racial, or personal battles that you may encounter you can still be triumphant. The first step in becoming the healthiest version of yourself is addressing the concerns in your life that are hindering you from success and happiness and then finding the best method for you to heal. Seek counseling if necessary, start journaling if needed, even begin to exercise or meditate to help complete the balance with a healthy mental and physical state. But no matter what always make time to pray for guidance and direction for each and every day. The deepest level of worship is praising God in spite of the pain, thanking God during the trials, trusting God when you are tested and about to lose hope, and loving God even when you cannot seem to trace him. At your lowest, God is grace. At your darkest, God is your light with mercy. At your weakest, God will always give you strength. At your saddest, God will always be your comforter. You may not see it today or tomorrow, but you will look back in a few years and become astounded by how every little trial and test added up and brought you right where you always were destined to be. You will be grateful that things did not work out the way you once wanted them to.
