In love and preparing for the future, neither can imagine they'll be ripped apart by an unspeakable act-war.

Allison, a young stewardess, just wants Bob to come home safe. As Operation Desert Storm launches and she follows news coverage, she can't help but worry. Worry if he'll make it home. Worry he might not be able to honor his promise. Worry that when the dust settles, he'll be a changed man... a changed man who might not love her anymore.
