It had become clear that people with evil intent and seemingly unlimited resources had been observing Marcia Collins' family and anyone close to them. Over a course of twenty years, her mother, aunt and cousin had disappeared and now, surveillance equipment had been found in her own home. Someone was watching them in public places and in their safest havens; secretly and patiently plotting and carrying out malevolent acts intended to inflict fear, pain, or death upon them or anyone trying to expose them. But who were they and why?
