Salamander Cay: A resort-like neighborhood on an artificial floating island off the coast of South Carolina brings together four different women-classy Ashleigh Cavenaugh, boisterous Micki LaBlanc, level-headed Cat Rich, and sex kitten, Samantha Perrelli.
