The Pink Gun
Leslie Larson Donley
"The Pink Gun" is a social commentary, a spoof on gun ownership in a futuristic America, where it is the law that every citizen must own a gun. The story follows a family's activities for one week before their youngest child's tenth birthday, when she will receive her first gun, as mandated by the government. It is not a pro or anti-gun story, but let's the reader decide and contemplate such a future.
