With an EMP attack looming, a divided America struggles with the catastrophic truth about North Korea and Iran. Our civilian infrastructures become sitting ducks, and because hardening failed, an emergency defense is proposed by our new President. Twenty-three states defend their communities, but the other states refuse. America is in limbo, and then we get attacked. No food, no water, no cars, and no communication.
