Tishun Nikco is a Texas born, Georgia grown, Black woman raised in the Baptist church who evolved into a spiritualist. Her first-ever poetry collection shows the journey of a lifelong scholar who believes one of the best things you can do for yourself is to question everything and give yourself the grace to grow. In her debut book, There is Life in This Water, Tishun Nikco shares intimate moments of her journey of enlightenment through poetry that flows and quenches a thirst we didn't know we had.
