After the death of her mother Sue was determined to never be an old person who said "I wish I had..." so in her 40s she quit her dream job, rented her house out and started exploring the world. She went to Botswana for two days and stayed for nine years. Living in a remote village in the Okavango Delta with no electricity or running water, she faced challenges from the wildlife as well as getting caught in a struggle between competing villages.
