A struggling musician in a bar band, Mason Jaye has a big decision to make. He has been offered a contract for a national promotional tour, but only if he will leave his band The Broken Dreams and go solo. Once the decision is made, he has a long road ahead of him to gain the success he craves so badly. Exhausting rehearsals and recording sessions, jealous rival bands, groupies, and almost crippling self-doubt stand in his way. To make matters worse, he gets the feeling The Dreams might not want him back after the tour, seeing how he went on without them. Will he succeed or will he become just another music industry statistic? What is he willing to do to make his dreams come true? What toll will either outcome eventually have on his life? How prophetic is his former band's name in his life?
