LOVE an acronym for Learning of Various Epidemics written by Evern Vinson Williams Mr. Williams received the prestigious Pioneer Award from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC, for leading the promotion of public health and epidemiology in high schools in Georgia and the United States in 2011. The book describes his journey throughout life as an African American Science teacher in Georgia and how he attracted the attention of the CDC as an expert consultant at the age of 28. Written for educators, students, parents, counselors and community leaders, this reading is packed with information describing how to teach students and adults how to live a safer and healthier lifestyle.
