The first part of the book seeks to present successful educational administration approaches for primary and secondary school students. It attempts to open new vistas of Divine understanding by examining the concept of Karam through academic exploration and current religious theology. Analyzing my life's experience I delved deeply into Life's realities to find out how these can be made advantageous for successful and satisfied existence. Thoughts, customs, the environment and what the Buddhists call "Karmic Residue" are the most potent factors directing the unfolding of not only everyday existence but the Gestalt of Life. All the vagaries of living in this world may be understood with deep, unemotional and careful consideration. Everything has a cause. Nothing remains hidden if one carefully considers all factors that impinge on a phenomenon, and weighs it wisely and dispassionately. The second part of the book is intended to open different vistas of comprehension so that an individual may see very clearly that nothing is magical but everything is as natural as can be. Further, the book explores an individual's need to reconcile the seeming different (and sometimes competing) functions of Religion and Science in establishing a combining scientific cohesive understanding of our world. Specifically, noting the current realities in our world, the author identifies the need for a "New Theology" and new praxis, combining scientific knowledge and religious history to protect and preserve the Living Environment.
