This study is designed to encourage love and respect for the Lord while at the same time recognizing the deep love He has for His children. In John's letters he addressed the children of God as "Beloved." Jesus is often approached as friend and savior; however, He is also the King of the Universe. The same Lord, who has all power and authority, also has a deep desire to be in relationship with His people. Entering the Presence of the Beloved King is an invitation to renewed awe. The 6-week study includes a continuing fictional story to begin each week. The week is then divided into five days of Bible study with questions for discovery and personal application. Question categories include "Share Yourself"- for sharing your personal experiences, "Picture It" - for mental reflection, and "Take Action" - for prompting to you act on the lesson.
