This book is a follow up to my first book, "We've Lost It!" I wanted to continue to try to understand that all was not lost. We do have opportunities to make things better for ourselves and learn how to cope under dire circumstances and that there is hope. Our responses to adversity and our attitudes toward those troubling times usually helps to explain the severity of the challenges we face. We do not have to be overwhelmed or paralyzed by these challenges. In this writing I try to explain some of the things happening that may be the cause for anxiety and what we can do to face and cope during these trying times. I myself have learned that there is HOPE!
