Light On The Mountain is a story of how, Anna Keyes, at a point of crisis, distraught and disappointed with her life, discovers, a spiritual teaching, and new hope in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Through a series of visits with a teacher called Lark-Sing, Anna is exposed to a wisdom path that changes her life. The book is recounted by means of transcribed audio tapes of Lark-Sing and Anna's conversations. The teaching she receives provides a greater vision of the purpose of life on earth, with the introduction to a Spiritual Brotherhood Who have overseen the evolution of humanity throughout time. The conversations draw on the living ethics of yoga, as well as the Ageless Wisdom Teachings given through Spiritual Teachers throughout the ages.
