Female Students? CALL Attitudes: The Effect of Level of Education, Computer Ownership and Computer Use has been written based on an original study carried out in Iran. The study aimed at investigating the attitudes female students have towards learning English with computers considering their level of education and computer ownership and use. How the study was carried out is organized in 5 chapters. In chapter 1, statement of the problem, significance of the study, research questions, and definition of key terms are presented. In chapter 2, a quick but comprehensive review of literature of Technology Acceptance Models and studies done on computer attitude is presented. In chapter 3, the research method is briefly described. In chapter 4, the data analysis and the main findings of the study are explained. In chapter 5, the findings of the study are discussed and concluding remarks are made. The book ends with a comprehensive list of references. The Persian version of A-CALL questionnaire is available in the Appendix. The book is a reliable source for those who are interested in doing research on CALL attitudes, in both EFL and ESL settings.
