It investigates the impact that individuals, groups and structures have on behavior within an organization for the purpose of applying such knowledge towards improving an organization's effectiveness. Employees in any organisations are faced with various problems such as stress,conflict and how to work together as a team. As such, managers require to understand their employees on how they react to such encounters in the organisation and make the working environment a better place for them.
