Under-nutrition is still a major challenge among developing countries. Outpatient Therapeutic Program (OTP) has been implemented in emergency settings in a number of Countries with great success. It is now increasingly implemented in Non Emergency contexts in several developing countries. Ministries of health in various countries have integrated OTP into routine health services. Monitoring and evaluation is an essential component and should be in built in all programs.
