Legal Evolution Elena Skurko
Legal Evolution
Elena Skurko
Law has different faces. Yet, in contemporary world, we are mostly inclined to consider it as a kind of a ?tree? ? though having different branches, but with a common ?trunk? and deeply rooted in human nature. This book represents an attempt to expose and partially to explain some probable grounds, mainstreams and trends concerned the rise of law in terms of humanity,- 'legal evolution'. The conclusions might seem to be vexed, but, at least, there is a hope to stimulate an interest and further research in the field. After all, there is a prospect, in particular, to attain better understanding of whether one might speak of ?progress? or ?decline? of law, early forms of jural conceptions and legal evolution foundations and principles.
